Ballet is a theatrical form of dance with a long history. It creatively expresses the full range of human emotions through physical movements and gestures. Most ballets tell a story, using mime, music, costumes, and scenery to reinforce the dramatic feeling.
Leaps, turns, and isolation are at the core of Jazz dance.
Dancers will learn musicality, rhythm, improve flexibility, and strength in Jazz.
Tap dance is a style that uses shoes with metal taps to strike the floor creating rhythmic sounds. Tap dance includes rapid foot moments combined with interpretive body movements.
Hip Hop refers to street dance styles primarily and styles that have evolved as part of hip hop culture.
Contemporary dance is an expressive dance style that combines elements of various dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet.
Acro dance is a style of dance that combines dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character, its unique choreography, which blends dance and acrobatics.
